I would like to learn more about the Cala Trio device
Cala Health has a dedicated website that includes just about everything you need to know about the Cala Trio. Here is the link: https://calatrio.com/
I would like to know about this device from an independent source rather than it be a subtle marketing exercise on the part of the company.
Do we know if Professor Nandi from Imperial College, London has a view.
Yes I am interested in anything that the potential to help but am wanting a balanced view.
The goal of the IETF is one of education and support. We want to keep the ET community informed about research, coping techniques, treatment options and anything that might make their lives easier. We connect with technology and pharmaceutical groups to stay abreast of what’s happening in the field so we can pass that information along. Cala Health is just one of many groups we connect with. If you want to learn more about the Cala Trio, there is an entire website devoted to it, https://calatrio.com/. It includes both information for patients and physicians so you can learn about the device and decide if it’s something that might work for you. The site also includes the results of a comprehensive study, https://calatrio.com/patients/prospect-summary/. We encourage you to pass these links along to your physician or others who might help you make an informed decision about this as a potential treatment option.
Thank you for this useful information. I look forward to learning more about this product.
I am very interested in this device! I am a retired RN who is now a silversmith with a successful jewelry business. My hand tremor is barely controlled with Inderal. The side effects are very annoying. Everyday I worry how my tremor will effect my fine motor skills. I am definitely going to speak with my FP 🙂
There is an abundance of information on the Cala Trio website, for both you and your doctor. Here is the link: https://calatrio.com/.
Do you have any availability in Canada? I am in Vancouver, BC and have been bothered with ET for about ten years. i am 86 and in good health except for my ET and neuropathy
We checked the Cala Trio website and at this time it is only cleared for sales in the United States. Watch the Cala Trio website for any updates. The “Frequently Asked Questions” portion of the site is particularly helpful. https://calatrio.com/
I have a pacemaker. I use it 7% of the time. My heart doctor and pacemaker doctor said it was OK to try the Cala trio. Please comment on pacemaker users and the Cala Trio trio
We checked the Cala Trio website, http://www.calatrio.com, and here is says about pacemakers: “Cala Trio cannot be used if you have a pacemaker, implantable cardiac device, or other implanted electronic device.” The FAQ of their site is particularly helpful. https://calatrio.com/patients/frequently-asked-questions/.
