Essential tremor has been part of my life since I was very young. Never could hold a microphone in my hand—affected my ability to perform in my profession. Now, in my 70’s, cannot put on makeup, lift a fork without a glass of wine first, write cursive, or feel confident accepting a breakfast invitation (tremors worse in morning).
I have a good neurologist who prescribes medications that help.

Tremors have been in my life and I had to leave my teaching job but I am back part time without going to the board; the lead teacher does all of the writing. I am hoping to start teaching online but I am fearful of putting myself out there and maybe failing.
