Dr. Binder is a Professor of Biomedical Studies at the University of California, Riverside, and serves as Medical Director at the MemorialCare Neuroscience Institute in Orange County. He specializes in neurosurgical treatments for movement disorders, including deep brain stimulation (DBS).
