Meeting topic is Essential Tremor: Dealing with Mental Health Implications. The speaker will be Melissa Ruff, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker/psychotherapist working with patients on a range of issues – depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar conditions and more. She’s going to offer strategies on dealing with stress, a known trigger for ET symptoms.
