The Encora X1^TM is an FDA-cleared, wearable, therapeutic stimulation device indicated to aid in the relief of hand tremors in the treated limb during stimulation in adults with essential tremor. It provides comfortable, well-tolerated, personalized, mechanical stimulation targeting the peripheral nerves of the wrist. This stimulation helps patients perform everyday tasks, like drinking soup or holding a cup, with less tremor interference. The X1^TM  is available by prescription only.
