What is an IETF support group?
• An informal, self-managed, self-help group. It is run by and for people who have essential tremor or who have a family member or friend who has ET.
• A place to be you. Everyone is welcome and accepted at IETF support group meetings. You can talk openly about the challenges of living with ET and exchange ideas in a comfortable and safe environment.
• A source of information. An IETF support group offers timely and accurate information about every aspect of essential tremor.
• A circle of friends. It is a place where people can talk, laugh and be inspired. You never have to worry that someone will ask you if you're cold or nervous. You will find support and fellowship among others just like you.
